Customized a Supervisory Communications Skills training course for the Water Plant Operations’ supervisors at the City of West Palm Beach. The feedback received from the interactive sessions prompted the Utility Director to extend the course to the next level of supervisor. The group formulated solutions for issues and practiced new skills.

CSR worked with Sibley International to facilitate a weeklong conference in India, with a goal of planning a strategy for making women’s and children’s healthcare more accessible to the poorer regions. Attendees included doctors, diplomats and other health providers. We helped create the Agenda, provided neutral facilitation and activities to help them build a unified plan and strategy.
