Customized a Supervisory Communications Skills training course for the City’s Water Plant Operations’ supervisors.
The Johari Window, created by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham, was one of the models used in the Supervisory Training. Through discussion of real work dynamics, the supervisors use this and other tools to increase their self –awareness, and look at human interaction on their teams.
