Defined objectives and created 6 modules of instructional design for the Government Facilitation Skills course. Included: Job Aids, Participant and Instructor Guides and DVD clips to have some fun in showing the “how-to’s” and “how not to do’s” of facilitation. The second slide prompted discussion on the role of non-verbal communication when working with a group.
