Seeking to bring her expertise in coaching and training to project teams and individuals in the U.S. and beyond, Carol Rosener founded CSR Training Partners in 1993.

Specializing in developing and delivering training solutions and group facilitation of project milestone execution, Carol’s long-term clients include: Motorola, Washington Mutual, Florida Power and Light, City of West Palm Beach, Florida, and Burlington Northern Railroad. Often called on to create new curriculum for leadership and supervisory skills, she customizes material and examples for targeted audiences.

Carol, who holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Communication from Ohio University, as well as an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University, was one of the first U.S.-based facilitators to receive the international credential of “Certified Professional Facilitator” (CPF) through the International Association of Facilitators (I.A.F.) She also holds certifications in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Building Customer Loyalty, and Advanced Presentation Skills. She customizes courses, including Train-the-Trainer, and works with a strong cadre of professionals who can assist in areas of development and delivery.
